The client proposed we explore ways to improve project management. We dug a bit deeper.

Process

We collected, represented, and analyzed qualitative data through contextual inquiry:

  • Conducted semi-structured interviews

  • Processed interview notes into discrete pieces of qualitative data

  • Analyzed qualitative data using affinity walls

We applied professional consulting skills:

  • Managing project timelines, responsibilities, processes, client relations, and work products with a diverse team

  • Generated, evaluated, and delivered specific recommendations

  • Communicated findings and recommendations in oral and written form
