Problem: 30% of students struggle with food insecurity at the University of Michigan.
Action: Though I’m not a designer, I made a mobile app driven by speedy, just-enough UX research.
Result: Accepted to UX@UM 2022 conference.

Problem: Teachers need trustworthy resources and community support through the pandemic.
Action: I worked on a small, cross-functional team and my research had to pay for itself
Result: Event recommendation led to 1645 registrations, 145 survey responses, an 84% satisfaction rating, and 3 district orders.
